INTERNATIONAL YOUTH ENCOUNTER

VOICES FOR EUROPE", 23.06.-02.07.2017, STUBENBERG AM SEE

  • THEMA: "VOICES FOR EUROPE – SHARE AND CARE – HUMAN RIGHTS"

    Jugendliche aus den Ländern Slowenien, Ungarn, Italien, Mazedonien und Österreich werden eine Woche lang gemeinsam mit nationalen und internationalen Künstlern im Bereich MUSIK in Form von Workshops, Performances und Interaktionen arbeiten, gesellschaftspolitische und jugendrelevante Themen künstlerisch umsetzen und die Arbeiten einer großen Öffentlichkeit in Form von Konzerten, Musik-Video- Clips, Konzerttourneen, Performances, Soundinstallationen und Aktionismus zu präsentieren. Analog zu einer Musikfabrik wird hier komponiert, produziert und uraufgeführt.

    PROJEKTHINTERGRUND:

    Bei der Jugendbegegnung geht es darum Bewusstsein und Wissen zum Thema "Share and Care - Human Rights" zu schaffen und den Jugendlichen die Möglichkeit zu geben, IHRE STIMME für ein SOLIDARISCHES EUROPA zu hören, um die zukünftigen Herausforderungen wie Flüchtlingsströme und steigenden Radikalismus besser begegnen zu können.

    PROJEKTZIELE:

    • Förderung des interkulturellen Dialogs und aktive Bürgerbeteiligung mittels "Kreativität und Kultur"
    • dynamische Plattform und Drehscheibe für Jugendkultur in Südosteuropa
    • Förderung der Vernetzung und Kooperationen der Organisationen im Jugendbereich
    • Zukunftswerkstatt: Thinktank und Plattform für zukünftige Herausforderungen im Bereich "Human Rigths" in der EU
    • Förderung von Solidarität und sozialem Engagement für europäische Herausforderungen

    TEILNEHMERINNEN

    60 Teilnehmer aus den Ländern Ungarn, Slowenein, Italien, Mazedonien und Österreich im Alter von 15-30 Jahren. Die Teilnehmer gliedern sich in Schüler, Studenten, Lehrlinge, sozial benachteiligte Jugendliche, NEETS, Jugendliche mit Behinderung und Migrationshintergrund. Partnerländer:

    Young people from Slovenia, Hungary, Italy, Macedonia and Austria will work together with international musiciens artists in the field music and convert artistically. Works (Music-concerts, performances, music-video- clip and concerts on tour) will be shown to a large public. Liberty, equality and solidarity with the poorest and most vulnerable, fair distribution of ressources, right to education and training and active participation in European and national civil society and political affairs is a topical issue in Europe and for the ongoing successful development of the European Union as a Peace Project of greatest importance.

    PROJECT BACKGROUND:

    The youth culture project "Voices for Europe - Share and Care - Human Rights" wants to give youth a real say in the European project and to provide youth a platform for discussion and exchange. Moreover the project should be the voice for the visions, needs and new work and life concepts of young people in a common peaceful Europe.

    PROJECT OBJECTIVES:

    • promoting intercultural dialogue and active citizenship by means of creativity and culture
    • dynamic platform of youth culture
    • encouraging networking, mobility and cooperations of organizations in the field of youth

    PARTICIPANTS:

    60 participants from Slovenia, Hungary, Italy, Macedonia and Austria aged between 15 and 30 will attend this Youth Exchange.
    The young people will be devided into pupils, students, apprentices, NEET´s, socially deprived teenagers as well as young people from a migration background and Youths with disabilities.

    ACTIVITIES:

    • workshops: process of identifying topics and generating projects of young people´s concerns
    • workshops in the field of: music, songwriting, composing, beatboxing, singing, staging, music production
    • music-factory: composers workshop, songwriting, sound installations
    • lectures, discussions, multimedia-presentation focusing on the theme "Share and Care - Human Rights"
    • music performances and interactive sound installation in public locations: for example department stores, banks, stations, public squares
    • big final concert, Music Produdtion "Voices for Europe - Share and Care - Human Rights"
    • production of a musicvideo-clip/CD

RADO POGGI - SLOWENIEN I ÖKONOM UND POLITOLOGE

Rado Carlo Poggi, geboren 1974 in Regensburg, Deutschland. Nach seinem Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften und Politikwissenschaften an der Universität Regensburg engagiert sich der diplomierte Betriebswirt und Politologe als Ausstellungsmacher, Kunstproduzent. Seit 2000 initiierte er kulturpolitische Projekte und arbeitete bei Publikationen und Ausstellungen mit. Schwerpunkt: politisch und sozial engagierte Kunst. Neben dem internationalen Ausstellungsprojekt necessary discourse on hysteria, 2008 in Slovenj Gradec in Slowenien, hat dies zur Eröffnung des Flatz-Museums in Dornbirn geführt.

TOTO TORALBO – ITALY I MUSICIAN

I was born in Naples in a family of artists famous for napolitan traditional theater and music. I am a musican, composer and a singer; I'm always been in love with my cultural heritage and appreciate every single aspect of Napolitan art, that's why I became one of the most important musican in the southern Italian folk music. During my life I worked with a lot of famous italian singers like Fiorella Mannoia, Tosca and a lot of artists of Napolitan traditional folk music; I was the winner of the "Musicultura Festival", the most important festival for italian composers in 2014 with an my own writing song in napolitan dialect; I interpreted a song for the Antonio Capuano's movie "Amore Buio" hosted at Venice's "Mostra Internazionale d'Arte Cinematografica" (International Film Festival) in 2010. I worked for many cultural associations as music teacher and social operator, mostly in projects involving disabled children and youngsters or in disadvantaged social and economical conditions.

RAFFAELLO TORALBO – ITALY I HISTORY, SOCIAL POLICY

I'm a young man still looking for his road in this world, usually I don't like to talk about myself, I'm interested in political, historical and linguistics studies and i love to work with youngsters, especially in international and intercultural environments. sure about the fact that knowledge has a great power that could give us a weapon and a chance to change the world we live in. I work as a volunteer in cultural associations of the Naples area that shares my objective of building a fairer and more human society.

ZSUZSANNA PÁLÓCZI - UNGARN I HISTORIKERIN

Zsuzsanna Pálóczi, geboren 1960 in Egyhazasradoc, Ungarn. Studien der Geschichte & Kunstgeschichte. Zsuzsanna Pálóczi arbeitete als Historikerin und Lehrbeauftragte in Budapest, später als Kulturmanagerin in der Kunstgalerie in Szombathely und ist seit 1994 als Vizedirektorin im Kulturzentrum Körmend tätig. Internationale Ausstellungsorganisation: World Dance Day, Festival of Speed, Raba Coast Music Festival, ReArte Gallery.

URSKA CERCE - SLOWENIEN I JOURNALISTIN

Urška Čerče, ausgebildete Pianistin, arbeitet seit mehr als 15 Jahren als Autorin und Produzentin verschiedener Radio und TV-Formaten sowie als freie Journalistin. Vor allem im journalistischen Bereich hat sie sich in den letzten Jahren zu einer der engagiertesten kulturpolitischen Berichterstatterinnen Sloweniens entwickelt.

IVA JOVANOVA – MACEDONIA I MUSICIAN, VOCALIST

My name is Iva and I come from Macedonia, Skopje from a place with many colourful buildings called Aerodrom. I study architecture because I’m in love with movement and architecture is a whole symbiotic loveliness of movement between materials and people. I really like culture and I love cultured people. With 3 golden boys 2 years ago we formed a band, Contact59, in which I sing. My signature in symbol/drawing would be a little tear.
